Welcome to the ELSA Alumni Podcasts!
In our new episode, we will be talking with Katia Roman-Trzaska, former President of ELSA Poland. She is currently running a cooking school for kids in Warsaw, a foundation that is helping kids in orphanages called “Recipe for Independence”. She helped her community by delivering soup to the people in need during COVID lockdown. She is also mentoring women who are willing to open up their own businesses. She has a beautiful story and she shares a lot of wisdom with us. Besides all that, she will make you see cooking in a completely new perspective.
Hosted by Ayşe Elif Yıldırım (@aeyildirim88), a member of ELSA International Board of 2010/2011. She is a lawyer and currently finalizing her doctoral studies in Lisbon, Portugal under the scholarship of the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology. In her free time, she likes to get creative.
